Our products are not something you could return since our products are digital downloads. This means once you purchase has been completed you have immediate access to the product you purchased.

If a product you purchased has a technical issue we will work with you to resolve this issue or provide you with a refund. A technical issue is an error within the spreadsheet such as a calculation between cells and does not calculate.
